The Quality Policy is the instrument used by the Managing Director to inform the personnel of the RI&CA about the principles contained in the "Quality Policy" mentioned below. The Quality Policy is reviewed for its continual suitability through the "Quality Management System Planning and Review" process.

The management ensures that the Quality Policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization. This is accomplished by:

• The proper induction of all personnel and their continual development.
• Communication of Quality Policy at each level.
• Scheduled internal audits to verify implementation and effectiveness and suitability of Quality Management System.
• Specific and measurable goals/objects are also set and reviewed as part of management meetings.
